District Court:

Legislation was approved to transfer the District Court from DCAMM to the Salem Redevelopment Authority. The SRA issued a request for Proposals (RFP) to prospective developers. Diamond Sinacori has been selected for the development. The SRA is working with DCAMM to move the project forward.
The legislation for Superior Court and the County Commissioners Building is pending. DCAMM is conducting a study to determine renovation costs for the building.
